Review & Setup

It's time for you to review and approve the final design. Once you have done this, we set up all the back end parameters/settings to match your specific business model/needs.

Step Six
Training & Launch

Now that everything is ready to go, we sit down with you and teach you how to use the site, add products, etc. After training, it is time to launch the website and sell your products!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the monthly commitment?

While most of our services are on a "month-to-month" basis, our financed websites/eCommerce packages are a bit different. There is a commitment of either 12, 24, or 36 months depending upon which package you select. If you choose to cancel early you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance due on the website within 30 days or you may risk having your website deleted.

What happens if I cancel my services?

If you are on a monthly financing option and you choose to cancel your services before the commitment is fulfilled 100%, then you have 30 days to pay the remaining balance on your account. Once the balance is paid in full then the website files will be accessible to you and you can choose to leave them on our servers or move them to another server. If you do NOT pay the remaining balance then your website will be taken offline and the files will be deleted after 90 days.

What is the Basic Website Maintenance Service?

By default, all of our in-house financing packages come with our Basic Website Management/Maintenance services. This basic service include 10GB of Storage and 100GB of bandwidth, as well as unlimited corporate email hosting and other file hosting and server support. What all is included in your eCommerce Packages?

All of our eCommerce packages are hosted on the Wordpress platform with the WooCommerce plugin. We then customize premium themes to meet your business requirements and needs. Our team of American writers will create up to 10 pages of customized content for your site as well as the appropriate Privacy Policies, Terms of Use and Disclaimers. We setup all your taxes, product codes, categories, etc and integrate it with whichever gateway you currently utilize to accept payments. Once this is complete we will complete a conference call/video call to train you on how to use the backend of the website and answer any questions you may have.

Why should I use your "In-House" financing vs a Credit Card?

Good question, the answer is quite simple. The average APR for credit cards, even business ones are around 17%. Our "In-House" financing offers rates a lot lower than that, so if you were to put the purchase on your credit card and pay the monthly fees each month, you would end up paying more in interest than going through our in-house financing.

Can customers use my site from a cell phone or tablet?

Yes, all of our eCommerce packages include a mobile-friendly and responsive site design ensuring an optimal viewing experience on a PC, Tablet and mobile device.
